When will my order arrive?

Orders usually take about 5-7 business days to be created and delivered within the USA.

Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

What should I do if my order is lost?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at info@assurespark.com, and we'll help locate it.

What should I do if my print is damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage and packaging to info@assurespark.com within 24 hours of receiving your product. Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to find the best solution.

Once approved, we will send you the replacement product free of charge- with no hassle.

Note: Any damage to the complimentary Kraft paper backing does not qualify for replacement. It is a free addition included to give your framed art a clean and premium finish, and it can be easily removed if needed.

Can I customize my framed art?

Yes, we offer customization options! If our current frame colors, sizes, or settings don’t fit your vision, or if you’d like a full-bleed print (no mat/passepartout), you can submit a personal request.

What materials are used in your frames?

Our frames are crafted from solid wood with a 0.75″ (W) × 1.125″ (H) profile for Small, Medium, Large, and Giant sizes, and an upgraded 1″ × 2.25″ gallery frame for Collector prints.

Each piece includes durable acrylic glass and is dry-mounted on foam core for long-lasting stability.

Printed on 330 gsm Hot Press Smooth Matte Fine Art Paper, delivering rich detail and museum-quality finish.

Every frame features a 4-ply white mat with a 2″ border and 45° bevel, completing the polished, gallery-grade presentation.

What hanging hardware is included?

Ready-to-hang art with a hanging wire installed for small, medium, and large frames. Giant and collector sizes come with a corner sawtooth hanger for secure display.

Are the prints glossy or matte?

We use a high-quality, hot press smooth matte fine art paper with a weight of 330 gsm for our prints.

What are the frame dimensions?

Premium wood frames feature a 0.75″ × 1.125″ profile for Small, Medium, Large, and Giant prints, with a deeper 1″ × 2.25″ gallery frame for Collector size.

What is the backing of the framed art?

We started adding a protective kraft paper backing for a clean finished and premium look. This addition is currently free of charge.

Since it is a complimentary feature, replacements are not offered if the backing is wrinkled or damaged. In such cases, you can simply remove the Kraft paper backing yourself

What is your return policy?

Since each piece is custom-made, we don't accept returns. Also, we can't offer exchanges.
