If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at info@assurespark.com, and we'll help locate it.

If your print arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage and packaging to info@assurespark.com within 24 hours of receiving your product. Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to find the best solution. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product free of charge- with no hassle.

We currently don’t offer frame customizations, but we’re always happy to hear your ideas! If you have specific requests, feel free to reach out to us at info@assurespark.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Our frames are made from solid wood (0.75w x 1.125h) and include durable acrylic glass. The prints are dry-mounted on foam core, using hot press smooth matte fine art paper (330 gsm). Each frame features a 4-ply white mat with a 2” border and a 45° bevel for a polished look.

Ready-to-hang art with a hanging wire installed for small, medium, and large frames. Giant and collector sizes come with a corner sawtooth hanger for secure display.

We use a high-quality, hot press smooth matte fine art paper with a weight of 330 gsm for our prints.

The wood moulding dimensions are consistent across all sizes: 0.75" (width) x 1.125" (height).
