When will my order arrive?

Orders usually take about 5-10 business days to be created and delivered within the USA.

Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

What should I do if my order is lost?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at info@assurespark.com, and we'll help locate it.

What should I do if my print is damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage and packaging to info@assurespark.com within 24 hours of receiving your product. Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to find the best solution. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product free of charge-with no hassle.

Can I customize the frame?

We currently don’t offer frame customizations, but we’re always happy to hear your ideas! If you have specific requests, feel free to reach out to us at info@assurespark.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What hanging hardware is included?

Ready-to-hang art with a hanging wire installed for small, medium, and large frames. Giant sizes come with a corner sawtooth hanger for secure display.

Are the prints glossy or matte?

We use a high-quality, hot press smooth matte fine art paper with a weight of 330 gsm for our prints.

What are the frame dimensions?

The wood moulding dimensions are consistent across all sizes: 0.75" (width) x 1.125" (height).

What are the mount board sizes?

Our mount boards feature a 2” width. 4-ply white mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees.

What is your return policy?

Since each piece is custom-made, we don't accept returns. Also, we can't offer exchanges.
