When will my order arrive?

Orders usually take about 10 business days (2 weeks) to be created and shipped within the USA.

You'll receive a tracking number from our shipment program, Shippy Pro.

Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

What should I do if my print is damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage and packaging to info@assurespark.com within 24 hours of receiving your product. Our team will carefully review your case and work with you to find the best solution. Once approved, we will send you the replacement product free of charge.

Can I customize the frame?

We can't offer frame customizations at this time.

What hanging hardware is included?

Our frames come pre-installed with versatile D-ring hangers and sawtooth brackets, allowing for easy, secure hanging in both portrait and landscape orientations. Ready to hang right out of the box, making decorating effortless.

Are the prints glossy or matte?

We use a high-quality, 308 gsm matte Hahnemühle Photorag for our prints.

What are the frame dimensions?

For all sizes, the wood moulding dimensions are consistent: 25mm in depth and 16mm in width.

Our mount boards vary by print size:

  • Small Print: Mount board dimensions are 1.9” x 1.6”.
  • Medium Print: Mount board dimensions are 2” x 1.8”.
  • Large Print: Comes with a 2” mount board.
  • Giant Print: Comes with a 2” mount board.

What is your return policy?

Since each piece is custom-made, we don't accept returns. Also, we can't offer exchanges.
